Game Rescheduling Form

Please use this form to reschedule any regular season games postponed due to weather, etc.

Refer to the City of Morden Baseball Diamond schedule or the MMB Practice Schedule for available time slots.  

Please note:  rescheduled games take priority over practices.  An effort will be made to find an alternate location for displaced practices.

All questions must be filled out.

*The assumption is made the game time will remain the same.  If the game time also needs to be changed, please indicate this information in the notes.
